The main team of Centrum Doradztwa Strategicznego (CDS) consists of over 20 experts, consultants and regional coordinators, who are professional and committed to their work. Moreover, some distinguished polish professors and experts have collaborated with CDS for couple of years. This constitutes major asset of the company and determines the fundamental reason for its success.
To meet the demands of diverse projects undertaken throughout Poland, CDS collaborates furthermore with a variety of experts and consultants from Poland and abroad.
Logistic and administrative support for projects is provided by the head office in Cracow and regional offices in Wroclaw and Rzeszow.

CEZARY ULASIŃSKI – company co-owner. Sociologist – Jagiellonian University, management trainer (International Certificate of Management Trainer – Thames Valley University, London). Expert in strategic management, project management, public relations, partnership building among public, business and non-governmental sectors, social and marketing surveys. FGI moderator. Consultant specialising in procurement of external funds and preparation of social and economic analyses. Co-author of several dozen strategic development plans. Key expert in PHARE 2000 HRD “Supporting the Development of Local Initiatives for Employment” in the Podkarpackie Province, a programme implemented by IMC Consulting Ltd. Author of many industry publications.
DAGMARA BIEŃKOWSKA – company co-owner. Social Geographer and Town Planner – Jagiellonian University, holder of postgraduate degree in management of small and medium enterprises – Cracow University of Economics, management consultant (International Certificate of Management Trainer – Thames Valley University, London) and international advisor participating in the process of certifying consultants and management trainers at Thames Valley University (London), Edexcel and BTEC Professional Qualifications for Management Consultants and Trainers Association MATRIK ( www.matrik.pl/). Consultant in strategic planning and management and project management. Expert in spatial management. Co-author of dozens strategic development plans and innovative local and regional programmes. Expert in development of labour market with emphasis on migration and vocational education issues adjusted to needs of local economies. Consultant in strategic planning and management, local development planning (development of towns, municipalities and counties) and project co-ordinator. Co-author of dozens strategic development plans and Multi-annual Investment Plans. Expert in public procurement and procurement of external funds for businesses and public institutions (preparation of applications, feasibility studies and business plans). Member of Management Consultants and Trainers Association MATRIK.

KRZYSZTOF GASIDŁO - Professor at the Faculty of Architecture at Silesian University of Technology. Architect and town planner. Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at Silesian University of Technology. Previously Head of the Regional Planning Unit, between 1993 - 1994 and 1999 - 2002 V-ce Dean for Research. His scientific work concentrates on the process of restoring degradated urban, post - industrial sites. Author of several dozen publications concerning that issue. Expert in regional planning, urban planning, architecture and industrial town planning. Member of Society of Polish Town Planners branch in Katowice, V-ce President of Regional Qualifying Committee at Chamber of Architects in Katowice, Member of Town Planning and Architecture Commitee PAN in Katowice, Member of Voivodship Committee of Architecture and Town Planning. MAREK DUTKOWSKI - Professor of Geography, member of the academic staff of the University of Szczecin. International consultant on spatial economy, environmental policy and strategic planning. JERZY LACKOWSKI (PhD) - Graduated at physics at Jagiellonian University, university teacher, Director of Teachers College at Jagiellonian University, member of Educational Team of Ombudsman, the Superintendent of Education in the Małopolska Region in 1990-2002. Expert in management and financing educational systems, as well as training for teachers, co-author of the concept of external examinations in Polish education. Specializes in researches of the effectiveness of the functioning school systems and schools, the quality of the work of teachers, principles of financing education with particular attention to the possibility of introducing market mechanisms, as well as issues of social inequalities, education and quality education for future teachers.
In addition to these professionals, CDS collaborates with experts specializing in preparing feasibility studies for investments, business plans and environmental impact assessments as well as management trainers, analysts, various specialists and lecturers.
